Sydney raised, London based producer Lancelot has announced he is heading back to Australia for his ‘A Short Trip Home’ Tour this coming February-March. After wrapping up a huge year overseas, he is coming home to play a string of shows throughout the best late-night spots in the country.
Hitting our shores this February, the tour will celebrate his recent releases including ‘As It Were’ for Trunkfunk Records and the ‘Mover’ EP (W&O Street Tracks), which premiered via Mixmag/DJ Mag. At the back end of last year Lancelot made his debut set for Boiler Room in London and ‘Mover’ also featured on the Anjunadeep 07 compilation. 2016 is already shaping up to be another biggie, with new EP’s planned for W&O Street Tracks and Toy Tonics, plus a bunch of remixes including his re-working of ‘Street Lessons’ by Isaac Tichauer.
Kicking off the 9-date tour at TBC Club in Brisbane with Jonas Rathsman, Lancelot will make his way around the country with other notable highlights including the Mountain Sounds festival on the Central Coast, two shows back to back in Perth (one with Deetron), an all-nighter at the Gold Coast’s elsewhere and a rave in the cave at Sydney’s Chinese Laundry.
