Miller Music Amplified: Blue Line Steppers Takeover with Human Movement & Made In Paris
6:00PM | December 21 | The Gallery Bar at Oxford Art Factory
For the final edition of Miller Music Amplified for 2018, Mixmag and Miller Genuine Draft return to Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory to host a very special Of Leisure x Blue Line Steppers Takeover featuring sets from Human Movement & Made In Paris.
Blue Line Steppers is an ongoing project lead by record label Of Leisure. The project, which launched last month with a 12-track vinyl compilation, presents a glimpse into established and emerging underground talent within Sydney’s electronic music scene. In early 2019, the project will spawn into a day-time festival calling upon twenty-two local live club acts and selectors including Human Movement & Made In Paris.
Staples of the Australian scene, Human Movement have set the benchmark for aspiring house/techno producers through a sophisticated production output of singles and EPs which have seen the duo given the nod of approval from heavy hitters Richie Hawtin, Joris Voorn and Danny Howard. Before they tear apart the main stage of Blue Line Steppers festival, you can catch them playing a very special intimate set for Miller Amplified.
Ticking off acclaimed sets at Australia’s Piknik Electronik, Output Festival and Splendour In The Grass, Made in Paris is now fresh off the back of her USA tour and gearing up for a massive Summer festival circuit. Paris will be moving the floor at the Blue Line Steppers festival with her brooding, melodic techno masterpieces but you can catch her LIVE for Miller Music Amplified on December 21st.
